Easy Homemade Condensed Milk Recipe (Method 1)

Ingredients:
2 cups full cream milk
1 cup white sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
pinch of baking soda

Method:
Put a pan on medium heat
Add milk and sugar, give it a mix and bring it to a boil
When milk starts to boil, stir well to make sure that the sugar has dissolved.
Add milk powder and mix well to combine
continue cooking till the milk has reduced by half
add baking soda, stir to combine. Baking soda will start to froth up
turn heat off and continue stirring until the froth has settled
Put it in a sealed container in the fridge and use it as needed
