Joan recently got a new, very simple, cheap and effective solar cooker called the Cookit. There's been no stopping her, but for night and cloudy days. Stew, chicken, veggies, bread hardboiled eggs and anything else. There's been no stopping her. If it's a sunny day, we're eating solar cooked dinner.
